Improving the quality of company management, service delivery processes and products provided, in order to ensure the successful and purposeful development of the company, a stable and competitive position in the market, we undertake:
• carry out activities in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the scope of activities and other requirements that the company undertakes to comply with in order to comply with the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015/AMD.1:2024, LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standards;
• constantly improve the effectiveness of the management system, taking into account the results of activities, feedback from customers, partners and employees;
• continually improve ongoing relationships with our partners and suppliers;
• promote professional development of employees;
• innovate and look for solutions to improve the quality of service delivery;
• guarantee the employee safe and healthy working conditions, help the employee realize his responsibility in protecting his own safety and health and the people around him;
• educate employees in environmental awareness, carry out activities to prevent pollution, safe and responsible waste management;
• rational use of energy and natural resources;
• implement preventive measures for accidents and incidents;
• constantly improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system, taking into account the results of activities, suggestions from employees, feedback from customers and partners.
Our goal and commitment is to provide our customers with services and products that comply with the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015/AMD.1:2024, LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and other legal acts.
